SHIPPING

Fine art prints are all printed on demand, and produced through my trusted printing partner. The normal turnaround time for printing is 3-7 days for smaller pieces, and 10-12 days for larger pieces. If there will be a necessary adjustment to that production time, you will be notified directly.

All art pieces are packed with the utmost care and safety precautions. This is to minimize the possibilities for damage during the shipping process. You may view an example of the packaging process here

PREMIUM SHIPPING

Shipping costs will be specified once shipping information is collected during the checkout process. Premium shipping is necessary for larger pieces, and a difference in the shipping costs will be apparent during the checkout process.

POLICIES

If you are subscribed for email updates, you will receive email notification when new art pieces are made available. Please note that this is not a guarantee of reservation for a particular art piece. This site works on an immediate release system. This means that when an art piece is made available on the website, whoever completes the checkout process is entitled to that art piece. Note: Placing an item in your “cart” does not reserve that art piece as this is not a completion of purchase. Completing the checkout process is the only complete reservation process.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

No refunds or exchanges on items (prints OR originals) unless the item is damaged in the shipping process. If damage occurs, the purchaser must show immediate proof of damage upon receipt.

A deposit placed for commissioned art is non-refundable. However, if a request is made within 48hrs of the original commission request, the deposit may be used on a different commissioned art piece. This may only be done once, and is subject to approval.

International shipping is currently unavailable, but this may be adjusted in the future.

Note that any painting that is larger than 48″x48″ will require specialty freight shipping. 

RIGHTS TO IMAGES

The artist reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work to promote his work. All reproduction rights are retained by the artist. This means that purchased artwork may not be reproduced by any process without documented proof of permission from the artist.
